On an annual basis NECSA conducts The Leadership Series, a continuing
education program that helps management staff become better decision

experience to the next level by offering the Advanced Leadership

Executive Leadership Conference
The Executive Leadership Conference provides more opportunities
for members to interact and network. The agenda includes programs

one on one communication, interaction, and education. The program
also incorporates social and sports activiies as well as optional

Share Groups
In today's ever changing times, it is more important than ever to
stay up to date and on top of today's challenging issues. NECSA's
Loss Prevention or Human Resources Share Groups give members the
chance to meet with industry professionals who are dealing with
the same challenges that they are.The goal is to provide NECSA's
professional members with an opportunity to network with colleagues
and take advantage of the expertise within our industry to learn
from one another.The Share Groups are free, informal and informative.
They last just two hours and are held at the NECSA office in Stoughton,
MA.
Tobacco Sales Training
NECSA regularly sponsors We Card Tobacco Training classes. During
the FREE seminars employees learn how to prevent underage tobacco
sales in their stores. The seminars include a summary of each state’s
law, the fines, penalties and other sanctions for illegal sales,
how to spot fake ID’s, how to handle difficult carding situations,
how to handle second party sales, and how to provide effective,
regular in-store training for your employees.
