NECSA Government Relations

NECSA's number one priority is to represent the convenience store industry in the six New England states and protect the legislative interests of its members. NECSA has six local state chapters and retained lobbyist in each state. NECSA’s members can access the latest state bill reports and state specific legislative news and information about NECSA’s Connecticut Chapter, Maine Chapter, Massachusetts Chapter, New Hampshire Chapter, Rhode Island Chapter and Vermont Chapter by logging in to the ‘Members Only’ section.

General topics regarding issues of interest to each state chapter are listed, but thousands of state bills are filed each session across New England and for specific information please go to NECSA’s Members Only section.

NACS Federal Government Relations

NECSA cooperates on c-store matters of mutual concern with the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS), but NECSA’s membership is not affiliated with NACS. NACS works on federal matters and does not participate at the state or regional level. From time to time, NECSA is happy to provide NACS Alerts regarding federal matters of interest to our membership.
