NACS Grassroots Needs Your Help

Attached are the talking points you can use when speaking with your member of Congress about the Credit Card Fair Fee Act. Here is how to send a letter through NACS website:

Send a letter to your Representative, go to http://www.nacsonline.com/grassroots

You will log in using your "First Initial + Last Name" as your User Name and your "Email Address" as your password. You should then click on My Info. If you are in NACS system, your record will appear. You should verify the address and make any changes by clicking "Edit My Mobilization Address." If you are not in NACS system, you will be immediately prompted to register. You can then proceed as follows.

Once logged in with the correct address, click "Take Action Now."

If the address you provided is in the district of a Member of either Committee, the appropriate letter will appear at the top. It will read:

If you are trying to communicate with a Representative in a district that you operate a stores in, you must enter the address of the store are you will not access the right member of Congress and will not have access to the appropriate letter.

If you are operating in multiple districts, once you send a letter, you can click on My Info and change your "Mobilization Address" to send a letter to another Member of Congress using a different store address.
